The Iraqi Media Network and the Iranian Radio and Television Organization signed on Monday, a comprehensive memorandum of understanding in the media field.
The reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said that "The head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Muhammad Salam, met the head of the Iranian Radio and Television Organization, Peyman Jebli, as they discussed ways of bilateral cooperation, and signed a comprehensive memorandum of understanding in the media field."
Jassim affirmed his aspiration that this memorandum would raise the levels of cooperation, expressing his hope that the memorandum would be a step on the practical track.
"We have great experiences at the Iraqi level and amassed experiences of the Iranian side, and we hope that this cooperation will enhance the process of exchanging experiences and build capacities in the media fields," he added.
For his part, Jebli lauded the status of the Iraqi media network, expressing his hope that this agreement will raise the level of bilateral cooperation.
