FCOI: Prime Minister and Chief Justice are the first to submit their 2025 financial disclosure

The Federal Commission of Integrity announced that the Prime Minister and the President of the Supreme Judicial Council are the first to submit their financial disclosures in 2025.

The Commission indicated in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) on Thursday, "that the Prevention Department received the financial disclosure reports of the Prime Minister (Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani) and the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge (Faiq Zaidan) to be the first officials of the three authorities to submit their financial disclosure for the current year."

It is noteworthy that Article (16) of the Commission's Law No. (30 of 2011), as amended, specified those who are obliged to submit their financial disclosure from the heads of the three authorities, ministers and those of their rank, as well as judges, members of the Public Prosecution, and others charged with submitting financial disclosure as stipulated in the law.
