Karbala-INA
The blessed Eid al-Fitr prayer was performed on Tuesday, in the shrine of Imam Hussein and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) and the area between the holy shrines, after a two-year hiatus as a result of the outbreak of Corona epidemic and its repercussions.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said that "The prayer was performed in the area between the two Holy Mosques, which was crowded with worshipers, who’s led by Sayyed Mortada al-Qazwini."
He added that "The prayer was performed in the two holy shrines of the two holy shrines more than once, due to the large number of visitors who came to perform this ritual."
It is noteworthy that the holy shrines in Karbala have mobilized all their security and service efforts, to receive the visitors of Imam Hussein and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), who came early this year to perform prayers and the special ceremonies of the visit on the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.
