An Iraqi musician creates a new composition called "The Oud Cello"

The Iraqi musician, Farouk Hilal, who resides in Egypt, announced creating a new composition called (The Oud Cello).
 
Hilal told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The new musical innovation that I will announce in a lecture within a symposium held after Eid al-Fitr, combines the Oud with the Cello in a new tune (tuning the layer of the musical instrument)."
 
He added, "This innovation will have a huge impact in Arabic music."
Hilal pointed out that "Iraqi music is lyrically limited between eight to twelve degrees, but this invention enables musical composition to reach twenty-four degrees."
