Parliament holds a special session to name the new president

INA - BAGHDAD Iraqi Parliament was set to hold a special session to select the new president of the republic today. The session was meant to name the president yesterday, yet it was postponed for lack of quorum. The last day within the constitutional allowance allotted to choose President.
