The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, announced today, Sunday, that 10 million Ukrainians have been forced to leave their homes, and flee within the country or seek refuge in neighboring countries due to the war.
Grandi said that "about two million Ukrainians have crossed towards the Polish border since the start of the Russian military intervention on 24 of last February."
He pointed out that "about 500,000 have taken refuge in Romania, while about 350,000 have taken refuge in Moldova."
