The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced Today, Monday, forming of a supreme committee to address traffic congestion in Baghdad.
"Based on the requirements of the public interest, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers formed a supreme committee to address traffic congestion in Baghdad Governorate, headed by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi," noting that "the committee has been granted the power to add or summon whoever it deems appropriate to accomplish its tasks," The spokesman for the secretariat, Haider Majid, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He added, "The committee includes in its membership, representatives from the relevant security and service sectors."
