Planning Minister: The green paper will contribute to address environmental problems

Minister of Planning Khaled Al-Battal confirmed on Saturday, that the green paper will contribute to address the environmental problems.
 
"The green paper approved by the government will contribute to address the environmental problems since Iraq is one of the countries most affected by climate change,"  Said Al-Battal in his speech during Baghdad 2nd International Water Conference, which was attended by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
He also stressed that "Iraq needs the support of the international community and the international organizations to understand more about climate issues and to put an end to climate change at the global level."
