Daesh infiltration attempt hampered south of Sinjar

The Popular Mobilization Authority (PMA) foiled on Wednesday an attempt of Daesh to infiltrate to south of Sinjar district.
"The Sinjar force within the Nineveh Operations Command of PMA foiled an attempt of Daesh to infiltrate to southern Sinjar district at dawn," PMA said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"The force opened fire on the terrorist group, which was trying to infiltrate the district, forcing it to flee," the statement said.
