Diyala operations: Investigation started into killing of 11 soldiers as a result of a terrorist attack in Hawi AI-Adhaim

The Diyala Operations Command announced Friday that an investigation has been opened into the killing of 11 soldiers in connection with a terrorist attack in Hawi AI-Adhaim.
 
"Diyala's operations commander arrived at the scene to explore the issue," Diyala's operations media told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), adding  that "Any incident that occurs,  an internal investigation by the military leadership will be required.

"The incident took place in the area of Hawi AI-Adhaim, resulting in the death of 11 soldiers, including a lieutenant, and there were no casualties,” Diyala's operations media said.
