Military Intelligence arrests a terrorist tried to enter Anbar

  Military Intelligence announced today, Monday, the arrest of a terrorist who tried to enter Anbar Governorate. 

A statement by the Security Media Cell, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "with a tactical intelligence operation, accurate follow-up, and confirmed information by the Intelligence Division of the 10th Division, which indicated that a terrorist tried to enter Anbar Governorate from Samarra in Salah al-Din Governorate, and according to the information and in cooperation with land forces from the 4th Regiment, 39th Infantry Brigade, a tight ambush was set up for the terrorist in the checkpoint of the martyr Major Aws Aziz Swailem, the entrance to Anbar from the direction of Samarra, and he was arrested. 

The statement stated, "The terrorist is one of those wanted by the judiciary according to an arrest warrant in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of terrorism, as the necessary legal measures were taken against him".
