The Swiss authorities have given legal approval to use a capsule in the form of a coffin, which allows people to kill themselves and end their lives, in what is known as "euthanasia".

The capsule was called "Sarko", and it can be operated from the inside, with a wink from the person's eye, and the capsule reduces the level of oxygen inside it, which causes a lack of oxygen exchange within the human body, and as a result, death is relatively painless.

It is noteworthy that outside-assisted suicide, or what is known as (euthanasia), is legal in Switzerland, and nearly 1,300 people last year used the indigestible drug that causes a deep coma, followed by death.

The capsule was designed by a doctor nicknamed "Dr. Death", and he called it "Sarko" for what means sarcophagus, and the person who uses it decides when the right time for the beginning of the low oxygen level.

The capsule faced strong opposition from opponents of "euthanasia" or externally assisted suicide, for several reasons, the first of which is the method used, which is similar to the gas chambers used by the Nazis, and the design of the capsule that seems to glorify the idea of suicide, in addition to virtual reality applications that allow some users to experience their virtual death .
