Weekly trading indicators for the Iraqi Stock Exchange

The Iraqi Stock Exchange announced

today, Friday its weekly trading indicators.

A statement to the stock market received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "during the fourth week of October 2021, the trading sessions from Sunday, 10/24/2021 to Thursday, 10/28/2021, achieved the following indicators:

1. The number of shares traded during this week reached more than (2) billion shares.

2. The value of traded shares this week amounted to more than (2) billion dinars.

3. The market trading index closed for the first session of the week at (587.24) points, while the index closed at (588.84 points) at the end of the week, achieving an increase of 0.27% from its closing at the beginning of the session.

4. During the week, more than (1,400) sale and purchase contracts were executed on the shares of companies listed in the market.
