Saad al-Mutalibi: We haven’t ceded to anyone

    INA - Baghdad Member of the State of Law, Saad al-Mutalibi denied offering compromises to anyone. This came during a TV interview with IMN on Wednesday. “We objected upon the presidency of the KRG, not the Barzani’s character,” said al-Mutalibi. He also explained that it’s not necessary to have half and plus one of the parliaments to form the biggest bloc.
