Capturing a terrorist who distributes money to ISIS members and their families in Mosul

The Security Media Cell announced on Monday, the arrest of a terrorist who was distributing money to ISIS members and their families inside the city of Mosul.
SMC said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "A force from the Intelligence and Information Affairs Department at the Popular Mobilization forces and the intelligence of 30^th Brigade in Nineveh managed to arrest one of the ISIS terrorist members."

The statement added, "The terrorist was distributing money to the members of ISIS criminal gangs and their families inside the city of Mosul."

The statement continued that "the arrest process came after obtaining judicial approvals," explaining that "all the legal measures were duly taken against him."
