Security Media Cell: 6 people arrested for trying to infiltrate from Syrian borders

Security Media Cell announced the arrest of 6 people of Syrian nationality who crossed the border towards Iraqi territory.
 
SMC said in a statement ,received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) ,on Tuesday that "Through continuous follow-up and cameras surveillance of the Iraqi army's 15th Division on the Syrian border at the Gilbarat station, six people were seen crossing the border towards our territory from the area between our forces and the territory guards.”
 
SMC added that "A force from the same division was able to arrest them all, and they claimed to be of Syrian nationalities, and legal proceedings were taken against them."
