Salih condolences on the death of the reference Muhammad Saeed Al-Hakim

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, offered condolences, today, Friday, to the death of the great religious reference Muhammad Saeed Al-Hakim.  

President Salih said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "With more submission and satisfaction with the decree of God Almighty, we received the news of the death of the great religious reference Muhammad Saeed al-Hakim.

Salih added: "His Eminence is one of the notables of the Islamic nation who combined knowledge with work in consolidating the values of justice, faith, love and peace, with beautiful patience and long jihad, despite the difficult ordeals that surrounded him, through his honorable jihadi scientific career.

President Salih continued: "With this great loss, we offer our condolences to the Islamic nation, the great references, and the honorable family of the Al-Hakim family, asking God Almighty to magnify their reward and improve their consolation, and to cover him with the vastness of his mercy and dwell in his vast gardens, and to resurrect him with his predecessors from the great references, the famous scholars, the pure imams, and the kindness of those companion."
