Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Saeed Al-Hakeem, , died on Friday from a sudden heart attack at the age of 87.
The late Ayatollah died in Al-Hayat Hospital in the holy city of Najaf.
Sayyid Muhammad Saeed bin Muhammad Ali bin Ahmed bin Mohsen al-Tabatabai al-Hakim, born (1354 AH - 1934 AD in the city of Najaf), is considered a contemporary Shiite Authority, and one of the leading religious authorities in Najaf.
