SMC announces the arrest of a terrorist within the so-called Nineveh District - Wilayat of Iraq

The Security Media Cell announced on Sunday, the arrest of a terrorist in the so-called (Nineveh District - Wilayat of Iraq).

SMC said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): With the aim of purging all the Iraqi lands and pursuing ISIS terrorist gangs, the Military Intelligence Directorate at the Ministry of Defense was able to arrest one of the wanted terrorists in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of anti- terrorism law, noting that arrestee worked within the terrorist members of the so-called (Nineveh District - Wilayat of Iraq).

The statement also added that the arrest came after pursuing the terrorist, as he was captured on the right side of the city of Mosul, pointing out that all the legal procedures were duly taken against him.
