Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein discussed, today, Wednesday, with his Pakistani counterpart Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, in Islamabad, the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein met his Pakistani counterpart Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad."
He added that "the two sides discussed ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations between the two countries on issues of common interest."
