Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi and MP Adnan Al-Zurfi stressed, today, Sunday, the importance of holding the elections on time.

The Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi received today in his office, Member of Parliament Adnan Al-Zurfi," noting that "during the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, and the need for all efforts to unite." He added, "The meeting also witnessed stressing the importance of holding the elections on their scheduled date on the tenth of next October, and providing the requirements for support to the commission and the rest of the concerned agencies to play their role in securing the electoral process."
