Defense Minister Jumaa Inad handed a written message from Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi to the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
Al-Sisi received on Saturday, Defense Minister Jumaa Inad, who is currently visiting Egypt, as they discussed bilateral military cooperation between the two countries as well as joint training programs, exchange of experiences and leveling up capabilities, said the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Egyptian Minister of Defense and Military Production Lieutenant-General Muhammad Zaki also attended the meeting.
The written message from PM Al-Kazdhimi to President Al-Sisi, included an affirmation of Iraq's appreciation for the Egyptian efforts in support of the Iraqi issue at all levels,''
In his message, Al-Kadhimi affirmed the aspiration to strengthen cooperation frameworks with Egypt, benefit from Egypt's experience in the development field and transfer it to Iraq.
