AIFI: Man captured for impersonating an officer in Babil province

The detachments of The Agency of Intelligence and Federal Investigation (AIFI) in Babil province arrested on Sunday, a suspect Impersonating as an officer at the Ministry of Defense and an ambassador of an organization in an Arab state with the intent of deceiving the citizens.
 
A statement issued by the Security Media Cell received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that the detachments of the AIFI in Babil province arrested a suspect impersonating as an officer with the rank of major general in the Ministry of Defense, and he also forged an identity claiming that he is the ambassador of an international organization in one of the Arab countries.
 
SMC added that after conducting the thorough investigation with him, he openly admitted forging these identities, and all the legal measures were taken against him to be referred to the judiciary.
 
The statement continued, the security and intelligence services continue to collect accurate information and pursue of outlaws and anyone who is tempted to tamper the security and deceive citizens.
