The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Friday, the receipt of 17 Iraqi fishermen from the Kuwaiti side.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the ministry received 17 Iraqi fishermen who were arrested earlier, to the Iraqi Coast Guard, by the Kuwaiti Coast Guard, after vigorous follow-up from the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the State of Kuwait." .
