The leader of the Sadrist movement, Sayyed Muqtada al-Sadr, invited Iran and Saudi Arabia, while stating that Iraq is capable of being a link in the region.
Al-Sadr tweeted on his official Twitter account, that "Iraq is able to be a link between the countries of the region and hopes to establish good neighborly relations," calling on "Iran and Saudi Arabia to take the dialogue as a way between them,"
