PDC prepares a report on the Turkish attacks on Iraq

    The Parliamentary Defense Committee revealed today, Thursday, the preparation of a report on the Turkish attacks on northern Iraq, stressing its intention to submit it to the Presidency and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

    The head of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Muhammad Rida Al Haider, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The committee visited the Kurdistan region to see the dangerous security situation regarding the Turkish attacks," noting that "the committee diagnosed the construction of fortified Turkish points in the Rabiyah area in The high mountains overlook roads and other important areas in the Kurdistan region, especially in the border areas, at a depth of 15 kilometers or more. 

    He pointed out, "The first border guard command is located in northern Iraq and is cut off by more than 245 kilometers, and this is not enough in terms of armament, number and technical matters such as cameras and aircraft, and it needs support."

    The head of the security committee in Parliament, " The committee has recommendations as were seen from the displacement of some villages to Amadiyah and hand Darkhan north of Zakho and displaced as many areas ".
