they pointed out that according to this, “The Air Safety Department at the Civil Aviation Authority has taken several measures, the most important of which is to notify the Director of Quality Assurance in the Iraqi Airways Company to suspend the pilot and the engineer responsible for work until the investigation is completed, and to summon the pilot and engineer referred to above to come to the Air Safety Department on the day of Sunday 23/5/2021, for the purpose of investigating them duly, and informing MASIL of the necessity to submit a report of the accident to the Air Safety Department no later than on the Sunday referred to above.
