Karbala-INA
A new campaign has been launched in the holy Karbala Governorate to demand the disclosure of the killers of the activist Ihab Al-Wazni, while the governor set a date for announcing the results of the investigation.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated today, Tuesday, that "the families of the martyr Ihab Al-Wazni launched a media campaign to pressure government and security agencies to expedite the investigation and uncover the perpetrators."
The president bears a picture of Al-Wazni written on it, “I am an Iraqi, who killed me?”
He explained that “this step came after the deadline set by the al-Wazzani family for the concerned authorities to announce the results of the investigation and not reveal the killers and the parties behind them.”
The reporter pointed out that "the governor of Holy Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi, confirmed that the results of the investigation into the assassination of the activist Ihab Al-Wazni will be announced after the competent committees finish their work."
Al-Khattabi said, "The investigations into the assassination of activist Ihab Al-Wazni are still free, and that committees have been formed for this purpose and the results will be announced as soon as the work of the committees ends." .
