    The Advisor to the Prime Minister for Elections Affairs, Abdul-Hussein Al-Hindawi, confirmed, on Thursday, that most of the appeals submitted to the election law are personal views and opinions, while the election date on the tenth of November is fixed and will not be affected by the election law appeals submitted to the Federal Court.

    In a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Al-Hindawi said, "The date for the early elections to the House of Representatives scheduled for the tenth of next October is fixed and it is not possible to anticipate events regarding the possibility of influencing it after parliamentary blocs submit appeals against a law," pointing out that " The blocs say it is not necessarily convincing for the Federal Court. "

    He added that "the court will be keen to implement the constitution according to the will of the people by conducting free and fair elections at the aforementioned date, especially since the Supreme Elections Committee made very important strides and finished receiving lists of alliances and candidates."     He pointed out that "submitting appeals before the Federal Court is a natural right for everyone, as it specializes in the process of judging the constitutionality of laws or not."
