The Cabinet decided, today, Tuesday, to impose a comprehensive curfew for a period of 10 days.
The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that, "The Council of Ministers, in its session held today, Tuesday, approved the recommendation of the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety to impose a comprehensive curfew for a period of 10 days, starting from May 12 to May 22, 2021. Indicating that this comes "to limit the spread of the Corona pandemic and apply preventive measures through social distancing and other preventive conditions, especially after the Ministry of Health recently recorded an increase in the number of injuries throughout Iraq."
