NATO announces the start of the withdrawal of its forces from Afghanistan

    BAGHDAD -INA 

    The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) announced today, Thursday, the withdrawal of its forces from Afghanistan.

    On Wednesday, German Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karnbauer expected that the date set for the complete withdrawal of NATO forces will be September 11, which coincides with the anniversary of the bombings in New York and Washington in 2011.
