A member of the Human Rights Commission, Faten Al-Halfi, said in a statement to Al-Iraqiya News, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the committee that was formed by the prime minister to follow up on the Ibn al-Khatib hospital incident must follow the conditions of all hospitals and health centers in Iraq and diagnose their deficiencies."
Al-Halfi stressed the importance of giving greater attention to health institutions in the country, especially as they are now suffering from a lack of services and dilapidated buildings. ”
