The head of the Iraqi coalition, Ammar al-Hakim, announced today, Sunday, that Iraq plays a positive role in bridging the views of the regional and international parties.
Al-Hakim said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We received in our office this morning the President of the Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Barzani, and we exchanged views on developments in the Iraqi, regional and international political scene."
He added, "We urge the approval of the budget and the adoption of dialogue as a way and approach to end the differences away from the policy of breaking others, and we stressed the need to keep files of direct contact with the interests of the country and the citizen away from political entanglement."
