French President Emmanuel Macron announced the imposition of new restrictions on all French territory and an increase in the number of medical teams to limit the outbreak of the Corona virus .

The new measures include closing schools for a period of 3 weeks, as well as speeding up vaccinations against the epidemic, at a time when the number of deaths due to corona infection in France is close to 100,000.

Macron said in a televised speech about the new measures to confront Corona, that he would work to protect the French, adding: "We may see the light at the end of the tunnel if we adhere to the new measures that will be imposed in the coming weeks."

The French president stressed that the next wave of the epidemic during the next month will be more dangerous than the one that was last fall, and that the measures taken before are not sufficient.
