MOC signs a contract to rehabilitate 13 water purification units in Nineveh

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities announced today, Friday, that it signed a contract to rehabilitate 13 water purification units in Nineveh Governorate.
A statement by the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities has signed a contract to rehabilitate 13 water purification units in Nineveh Governorate, funded by the German Development Bank, with an implementation period of 270 days."
The statement quoted the Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department in the ministry, Samir Ibrahim, as saying that "the total capacity of the project is 3200 m3 / hour, equivalent to 77,000 m3 per day."
