The commander of the advanced operations center in Kirkuk, Lieutenant General Saad Harbiyeh, denied today, Saturday, the existence of the so-called white flags in the line separating the federal forces and the Peshmerga in the Kirkuk sector.
Harbiyeh told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "There is no activity of the so-called white flags gangs or other terrorist organizations between the federal forces and the Peshmerga forces in the Kirkuk sector."
He added, "The joint sector did not witness any security problem or the presence of terrorist elements with these names."
