Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stressed, today, Thursday, that Iraq's hosting of the Jordanian national team is an opportunity to enhance communication between the two countries.
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani made a phone call today to Jordanian Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan," indicating that "the call dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, and discussed the general situation at the regional and international levels, and the dangers of the continued Zionist aggression on Gaza and Lebanon and its repercussions on the security and stability of the region.
" Al-Sudani expressed his "wishes for the Jordanian government headed by Hassan for success and distinguished performance," stressing that "Iraq is hosting the Jordanian national team today in the World Cup qualifiers, which is an opportunity to enhance communication between the two countries and their brotherly peoples."
