In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the cell said, "A convoy was transporting the equipment of the International Coalition that had withdrawn from Iraq by Iraqi transport companies and wheel drivers of Iraqi citizens. An explosive device had exploded between the bridge 15 and 16 in the Babil Governorate police sector, without any losses. "
