Ministries of Planning and Finance launch funds to activate projects

INA – Baghdad Iraqi Ministries of Planning and Finance announced the beginning of funds release and projects in the southern governorates, besides treating the problems preventing finishing important projects. “The Ministry of Planning and other concerned ministries exert urgent efforts to solve the financial obstacles intercepting service decisions,” the Minister of Planning, Salman Jumaili said in a mutual press conference with Minister of Finance Undersecretary, Mahir Hamad. On his part, Hamad confirmed that the ministry’s highly flexible work frames to cover local communities and citizens’ demands concerning service availability despite the legal roof limitations imposed by budget law.
