On Sunday, the Prime Minister in charge of forming the government, Adnan Al-Zurfi, called on the international community to help Iran in confronting the Corona virus, noting that this measure will contribute to preventing a humanitarian catastrophe.
Al-Zurfi said in a tweet on his social networking site that she was seen by (INA) that "helping Iran to confront the Corona virus will contribute to preventing a humanitarian catastrophe that the people of Iran are suffering in a frightening way."
He added during the tweet that "the international community should assist Iran by lifting or easing the sanctions and providing medical treatments because of the health and security repercussions on Iraq, as it is the most extended and closely related neighbor to the Islamic Republic."
