Border-Crossing Ports Commission announced on Monday, the reopening of Mandali port.
The Prime Minister agreed to reopen Mandali border crossing and authorized the head of the Border Ports Authority Kazem Al-Eqabi to represent him at the opening ceremony, according to a statement by the Commission.
The statement also included that the Commission set a date tomorrow’s tuesday to reopen the port.
It is noteworthy that the decision to close the port was on the 8th of last August, after completing the necessary procedures to develop the port, infrastructure and service, and to build headquarters for all the departments operating in it in addition to providing devices and equipment that will contribute in reducing the violations that were occurring in the port previously.
