INA - Istanbul After it has been locked for 4 years, Turkish consulates have been set to be reopened in Basra and Mosul, INA correspondent reported on Sunday. Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs decided to check the two cities, especially Mosul. Noting that the Turkish consulate has been destroyed by Daesh terrorist groups in 2014 where the consular and other 45 Turkish employees were taken as hostages. The hostages evacuated the building and have been shifted to Kuwait after the fall of Mosul by Daesh.
