General Commission For Customs authority, denied today on Tuesday, sold of a ship to a German ship in the port of Um Qasr, South of Basra.
The Commission indicated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "all funds forfeited and abandoned sales under judicial rulings are based on the provisions of the customs law number 23 of 1984 as amended and the system of sale of confiscated assets and left 14 of 1985."
