Minister of foreign affairs Muhammed Ali al-Hakeem and his Bahraini counterpart Khalid bin Ahmed bin Muhammed Al Khalifa asserted that the incidents of Bahrain embassy in Iraq will not affect the mutual relations between the two countries.
This came during a phone call between the two on Friday.
Al-Hakeem condemned the assault on the embassy by the protestors and he reaffirms that Iraq is responsible for the protection of the diplomatic delegations and the Embassy of Bahrain in Iraq.
