Iraq objected the closing statement of the Emergency Arab Summit that was held on Friday in Mecca.
Secretary-General of Arab League Ahmed Abu al-Gheit stated that Iraq objected the closing statement that included accusing Iran of interfering in other countries’ internal affairs.
“Iraq also denies any accusations that may be released and could threaten the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the brotherly countries of the Arab Gulf,” said Abu al-Ghiet.
He also added, “We haven’t participated in making the closing statement of the summit and Iraq stance in terms of the objection has been recorded,”
