International Development Bank – IDB won the membership in the administration of the Union of Arab Banks – UAB.
“The Chairman of IDB Ziyad Khalaf Abd joined the membership of the UAB and this is considered as a first for a private bank in Iraq to win the membership in the UAQ,” said the Executive Manager of the Iraqi Private Banks League Ali Tariq.
Tariq also stated that this is an important start to open up to the Arab banks and make new partnerships to develop the infrastructure of the private banks in Iraq.
