The First Deputy of the Parliament’s Speaker Hassan Kareem Kaabi called today the South Korean companies to invest in constructing residential complexes, hospitals and electricity power productions all over Iraq.
The Media Office of the First Deputy issued a statement, saying that Kaabi received the envoy of the President of South Korea Haan Beo Ngdou, and the South Korean Ambassador in Iraq Yang Wong wook in his office in Baghdad.
The statement showed that Kaabi confirmed on the importance of quick achieving of the suspended train of Baghdad, and enhancing the multiple cooperation in all fields.
The First Deputy assured that Iraqi Parliament has a real intention to develop relations with the Korean National Assembly to serve both friendly peoples interests, the statement added.
From his side, the Korean official expressed his country’s high readiness to continue having good relations on all aspects with Iraq, and open strategic horizons of cooperation in many sectors, such as oil, power, health, education and others, the statement concluded.
