Al-Halbusi receives German KAS delegation

INA - BAGHDAD

Speaker of Parliament Muhammed al-Halbusi received a delegation from Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Foundation) – KAS; a German political party foundation; in Baghdad.

During the meeting, KAS presented the type of work in employs in Iraq along with other activities.

They also presented the future work and plans that are to be released in cooperation with government association and civil society organizations to train the young staff in the fields of decision making and policy planning.

Al-Halbusi asserted the importance of the communication between the government associations and the international research organizations.

“This comes to maintain the base of building the state, the national reconciliation, exchanging dialogues, building capabilities, governments planning training and the role of civil society organizations,” added al-Halbusi.
