INA - Baghdad Iraqi-Turkish talks are to be started regarding ‘ilisu’ dam, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) announced on Monday. “Iraq will use the diplomatic means in order to reach out these talks to stop or postpone filling ‘ilisu’ Dam,” Ahmed Mahjob, MOFA Spokesman told INA. He also indicated that Iraq has many factors which are likely to have an impact on Turkey.
