The three presidencies held a meeting on Friday that included, President Barham Salih, PM Adel Abdul Mahdi and the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Muhammed al-Halbusi.
The meeting was made over the incident of the sinking ferry in Tigris River in Mosul that resulted in the death of tens of person among of which were children and women.
They have discussed that all the legal procedure must be taken to process the situations in the city and the security issues in addition to the role of the security forces and fixing the economy as well.
They also have agreed to hold the responsible for this tragically incident into account as precautions must be taken in order not to repeat the same mistake again.
The meeting also resulted in compensating the families of the victims.
All the three presidencies offered their condolences over this incident and they wished the injured ones to be healed soon.
